Ronnie Mahlon Stevens

Ronnie Mahlon Stevens, age 68, of Canton, passed away Thursday evening at the Laurels of Massillon. He was born in Goodwill, West Virginia on June 24, 1938 to the late Walter and Patsy (Cook) Stevens. After Ronnie graduated from high school he went on to serve our country in the National Guard. He then returned home, where he went to work for Lester Industries, where he was a Process Technician. He is preceded in death by a son, Daniel Stevens; two sisters, Doris McDaniels and Wanda Harris; and one grandson, Brian Stevens. Survived by wife, Martha (Unklesbay) Stevens of Canton; two sons, Timothy and Geraldine Stevens of Poland, Ohio, Ronald Stevens of Cleveland; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Friends may call from noon-1 p.m. Monday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. A graveside service will take place on Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland.
