Ronald "Ron" J. Maceyak

Ronald “Ron” J. Maceyak, age 66 of Canton passed away on April 14, 2019. He was born on March 03, 1953 to the late Joseph and Agnes Maceyak in Hamtramck, Michigan. He was a 1971 graduate of Jackson High School. Ron served his country in the U.S. Army. After his military service he worked for Superior Meats and Drees Homes until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, gardening, and watching the Cleveland Indians. Ron is survived by his daughters Jennifer (Todd) Schomberg and Taylor Maceyak; 2 grandchildren; his sister Darlene (Michael) Johnson; his brothers Donald Maceyak and John Maceyak as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. A Celebration of Ronald’s life will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 11a.m. The family will receive friends from 10a.m. until the time of the service.
