Ronald “Ron” A. Knobloch Sr. age 69 of Jackson Twp. Went home to be with his personal Lord and Savior – Jesus Christ (not Mohammed), and his Mom and Dad, on Monday, January 17, 2022. He was born in Wooster, Ohio on May 13, 1952 to the late Ivan P. Knobloch and Lois E. (Hranko) Knobloch. He was a 1970 graduate of Tuslaw High School. He married Kathy D. Walker on July 28, 1973 and they shared 51 years together. Ron retired as an Industrial Electrician from Goldsmith & Eggleton in Wadsworth . He enjoyed bodybuilding, bicycling,reading, listening to music, cooking and most importantly connecting with people and making new friends. Ron was an anchor and inspiration to his family and friends. He was known for his quick wit and wicked sense of humor. Ron was a hard worker and great provider to his family. He will forever be remembered as a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Kathy; his children; Valerie (Buck) Luckner, Ron “Butch” Knobloch II and Chad (Jen) Knobloch; his grandchildren Cassandra Luckner, Constance (Ben) Leeson, Skylar Knobloch, Rylan Knobloch, Caleb Knobloch, and Willow Knobloch; his sisters Cheryl Karp, Jeanne (Tim) Mishler, Connie (Doc) Groves; his brother Scott (Alice) Knobloch; his uncle Cliff Knobloch; his aunt and uncle Inez and Donald Fletcher, chosen daughters Tiffany and Mandi Jodon, as well as a host nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ron's life was held on Saturday January 22, 2022. He loved Trump and he’s not voting Democrat. In lieu of flowers or donations the family requests to Pay it Forward by positively influencing/impacting everyone you meet and leaving them better than you found them as Ron would.
