Ronald Lee Bailey

Ronald L. Bailey, age 80, of Brewster, Ohio passed away at Mercy Hospital, surrounded by his family on April 21, 2018. He was born on September 12, 1937 to the late Holly and Mabyn Bailey. He married Karen Toothman on April 02, 1964 and they shared 54 years together. Ronald was a hard worker and retired from Superior Meats. He enjoyed planting a garden every year and listening to Bluegrass music. He is survived by his wife Karen; his daughters Machelle (Rick) Maxwell, Kimberly (Ricky Steele) Bailey; his grandchildren Bambi Ewing, Cecelia (Craig) McIntyre, Brandon (Haley) Bailey, Monique Bailey and Kaley Childs, who is currently stationed in Kaiserslauter, Germany serving in the United States Air Force; his sister Norma Cline; his nephew Ronald Cline, Sister-in-law Sandra Bailey as well as a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Wallace “Ray” Bailey and sister Wanda “Lou” Boggs. A Celebration of his life will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 11a.m. Pastor Mark Davenport, officiating. The family will receive friends from 10a.m. until the time of the service. Interment at Rose Hill Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made to Hospice in Dad’s memory.
