Robert M. Rowe

Robert M. Rowe, age 86 of Massillon, formerly of Jackson Twp. passed away Wednesday at Affinity Medical Center – Massillon Campus. Robert was a resident at Rose Lane Care Center. He was born in Wilmot, OH on August 9, 1920 to Robert and Elda Rowe. Robert worked for Campbell Oil Co. in the maintenance department for many years before retiring. He also farmed on the Campbell’s family farm. He was a member at Massillon Baptist Temple. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by; brothers, Dale Boyer and Harlan Rowe and sisters, Geraldine Hoagland and Glenna Sandy. He is survived by his sister, Lera Gessner of Jackson Twp., nieces; Penny (Terry) Seibert of Navarre, Holly Henderson of Jackson Twp., Nancy (Ben) Gonzales of Trophy Club, TX, Lois (Richard) Pinhard of Massillon, Debra (Phillip) Wymer of Akron; nephews, Roger (Linda) Sandy of Jackson Twp., Jim (Barbara) Hoagland of Jackson Twp., Kenneth Boyer of Brewster and Ronald Boyer of Navarre and many great and great – great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wilmot at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. There will be no calling hours.
