Robert K. Peterson

Robert "Bob" K. Peterson, 73, passed away at home surrounded by his family, following an extended illness. He was born in Massillon on October 6, 1943 to the late Robert and Clarice (Noftsinger) Peterson. Bob was a graduate of Washington High School, Class of 1961 and was an employee for 47 years at Fiber Corr. He loved bowling, fishing, gardening and was dedicated to his family. He is survived by his children, Thomas (Kenna) Peterson of North Lawrence, Tim Peterson of North Lawrence, Todd (Jodi) Peterson of Massillon and Terry (Mary) Peterson of Massillon; six grandchildren; and a sister, Diane (Edward) Bell of Massillon. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Carol J. (Blosser) Peterson and a sister, Patricia Letcher. Friends may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 10:00am at The Faith Community Fellowship, Massillon. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery.
