Robert E. Wiley

Robert E. Wiley, 81, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 24, 2016, following an extended illness. He was born in Morgan County, Ohio on December 1, 1934 to the late Quintin and Josephine (Hilton) Wiley. Robert attended NewPointe Community Church. He retired from the bearing division of The Timken Company after thirty two years and was a member of United Steel Workers 1123. He served proudly in the United States Navy and retired after thirty years of service. He is survived by his wife Mary M. (King) Wiley, whom he married on December 15, 1952 in Beverly, Ohio; their children, Steve Wiley, Greg (Julie) Wiley, Jeffrey (Karen) Wiley, Christopher (Lisa) Wiley and Mary Beth (James) Liossis; eleven grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa, Mandy, Jessica, Bethany, Benjamin, Caitlin, Max, Jack, Alex and Kaylyn; and thirteen Great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. Friends may gather at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 12:00pm-1:00pm with a Celebration of Robert's life held at 1:00pm, Pastor Brandon Conner officiating.
