Robert E Headland

Robert E. Headland, 96, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Robert was born on June 15, 1926 in Massillon, Ohio to Robert and Honorine ( DeBos) Headland.

In addition to his parents Robert is preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Donna Headland; and his sisters and brother-in-laws, Bette (Sandy) Sandera and Patricia (Del) Hensler.

Robert is survived by his children, Susan (Ronald) Burdett, Michael (Bonnie) Headland, Danny Headland; grandchildren, , Robert Burdett, Olivia (Ryan) Bell, Andrew Headland, Jessica Headland, and Joseph Headland; his great-granddaughter, Nora Ruth; and his long time friend and companion, Lois Hornberger.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, (1100 Wales Road NE). The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Robert’s memory be made to the American Legion Post 221.
