Richard W. Ramsire

Richard W. Ramsire age 80 passed away Wednesday October 7, 2009 at Brewster Parke Retirement Community. He was born November 11, 1928 in Massillon to the late Ralph & Theresa (Miskie) Ramsire. Dick was raised in Jackson Twp and was a 1946 graduate of Jackson high School. He received an Honorable Discharge in 1952 from the Army. Most of his life was in Florida and retired from Midland Enterprises, Tampa, FL. Dick returned to Ohio in 1995. His leisure time was best spent fishing and anything outdoors. He has five children: Paula (Dave Rohr) Maxhimer of Massillon, Rebecca (Larry) Decker of Brewster, Kimberlee Shockey of Brewster, Rick (Shannon) Ramsire and Ralph (Jennifer) Ramsire both of Tampa, FL.; nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a sister Eleanor Warner of Jackson Twp. A Graveside service for Richard Ramsire will be 10AM on Monday October 12, 2009 at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery in Rittman with Military Honors.
