Richard “Dick” Thomas Alkire, II, age 62 of Canton, Ohio, passed away on April 15, 2021. Dick was born on June 13, 1958 in Circleville, Ohio to Richard Thomas Alkire, I and Joyce (Graffis) Alkire. He graduated from Circleville High School and worked in sales. Dick never knew a stranger. He was big-hearted, and loved everyone. He was a passionate and gifted guitar playing who could name a song after hearing a few chords. Dick was a member of the Canton Masonic Lodge #60. Dick is survived by his grandmother, Marvene Thompson, parents, step-mother, Tannis Alkire, his loving wife, Vicki Alkire, children, Stevi and Ian Alkire, grandchildren, Josey Chapman and Mia Alkire, his first wife, Ann Schultz, and many close friends and neighbors. Per Dick’s wishes, everyone raise a beer in his name.
