Richard D. Pickard

Richard D. Pickard age 71 of Tuscarawas Twp. passed away Friday March 26, 2010 at his residence. Dick was born Feb. 6, 1939 in Medina to the late Ralph & June (Wolfkill) Pickard. He was a journeyman plumber and owned Dick’s Plumbing Service. He retired as the chief plumbing inspector of the Stark County Health Department. He is a member of FOE #190 for 25 years and the Sons of Herman. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn (Crago) Pickard in 1998. He is survived by five children: Lori, Linda, Lisha, Lance & Larry; and three step-children; Penny Jo (Jim) Lautzenheiser, Donald (Liz) Crago and Anthony Crago.
