Richard B. Kreemer, 88, of Canal Fulton died at home with his family following a brief illness. He was born in Columbus on January 9, 1923 to the Late Olverston A. and Estella B.Kreemer. He was a graduate of Central High School (1940) and attended The Ohio State University. Richard was a veteran of World War II serving in the Army Air Corps in the Pacific theater. He was plant supervisor and retired from both Rockwell International and Fred D. Pfening Co.. He was a member of: St. John's Lutheran Church, Grove City, Phoenix Golf Senior League and Airport Golf League. He was an avid sports fan. He is survived by: Norma Myers Kreemer, whom he married on June 3, 1966, three sons; Richard M. and Margaret Kreemer of Slidell, LA, Michael L. Kreemer of Columbus OH, Rev. Mark E. and Veronica Kreemer of Largo FL., a daughter, Rebecca E. and David Clifton of Canal Fulton OH, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, a sister Helen Jean Podlevsky of Glendale, AZ as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers; Frank Kreemer and Edward Kreemer Friends may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd. Military graveside rites will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
