Elaina Styblo, of Massillon, Ohio, died on January 2, 2015, after a difficult battle with colon cancer. She was born May 29, 1977, in Northfield Center, Ohio, and attended Nordonia High School. She obtained her masters degree in Chinese history from the University of Akron and a masters in divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary. Elaina was ordained as a Lutheran minister and presided at Faith Lutheran Church in Massillon for the past three years. She was the chaplain of the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club of Stark County. She is survived by her parents Marilyn (Liebe) Styblo and Don Styblo, sister Laura (Styblo) Lafont, sister Brenda (Styblo) Robbins, brothers-in-law Michael Lafont (Texas) and Jim Robbins (Ohio), nieces Gillian, Grace, and Leah, and nephew Logan. Calling hours will be at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home in Massillon on Monday, January 5, 2014, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. A worship service will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2014, at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church in Massillon. Burial to follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park in Twinsburg. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Pastor Elaina Styblo Memorial fund at www.youcaring.com or Faith Lutheran Church in Massillon.
