Renee Elizabeth Gallagher

Renee E. Gallagher, age 49 of Canton, passed away on July 25, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Massillon on February 15, 1970 to Helen and the late Richard Gerhard. She was a 1989 graduate of Perry High School. She married Michael Gallagher on May 07, 1994 and they share over 30 years together. Renee loved animals. She also enjoyed cooking shows on the Food Channel, and Science Fiction. She was a member of the AMVETS Post #124 Ladies Auxiliary. She will forever be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Michael; her mother Helen J. Barron; her sister Shirl (David) Hafner; her brother Richard (Gail) Gerhard; her father and mother-in-law Jim and Bonnie Gallagher; her sister-in-law Shannon Gallagher; her step-brothers Joel and Mark Barron as well as a host of family and friends. A Celebration of Renee’s life will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home at 11:00a.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Reverend Jeremy S. McGraw officiating.
