November 30, 1965 — April 29, 2022

Raymond E. Moore, age 56, of Massillon, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 29, 2022. He was born on November 30, 1965, to the late Jean and Paul Moore. Raymond was employed at Midwest Community and PBS Animal Health. He enjoyed watching Gunsmoke, and was fan of Massillon Tigers, Cleveland Browns, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Cleveland Indians. Raymond loved attending First Baptist Church of Massillon, where he served as an Usher, and was an active member of the Loyalty Class. He participated in Impact Massillon for many years. He will forever be remembered as a loving person with a smile for everyone. Raymond is survived by his brother Steven Moore; his cousins Scott (Sue) Burdge, Bruce Burdge, Jeff (Chris) Burdge and Joan Burdge and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his cousin Tim Burdge. A Celebration of his life will be held at the First Baptist Church of Massillon on Thursday, May 05, 2022, at 11a.m. The Reverend Dr. Rogers S. Alber will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place at Sunset Hills Burial Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a memorial fund in Raymond’s name at First Baptist Church of Massillon or Impact Massillon.
