Ralph J. Hemperly

Ralph J. Hemperly, age 82 of Massillon, died on Monday, December 26, 2011 at Meadow Wind Health Care Center. He was born in Massillon, Ohio on July 5, 1929 and was the son of the late Ralph R. and Florence (McGinnis) Hemperly. Ralph was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the U.S. Army. He was the former owner of Triple R Truck Repair. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty A. Hemperly in 2009, his son Ricky Hemperly in 1961, his brother Robin Hemperly and his sister Judy Lehman. He is survived by his sons, Ralph (Lynn) Hemperly and Roger Hemperly, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, his sisters Nancy Eckard and Sandra Lehman, his brother Dave Hemperly and many nieces and nephews. A service will take place at the chapel at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens on Wednesday at 1:30 P.M. There are no calling hours.
