Ralph J. Fetzer

Ralph J. Fetzer, 87 of Massillon, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Massillon on March 6, 1928 and was the son of the late George and Ruth (Wise) Fetzer. Ralph graduated from Washington High School in 1946. He then went on to work for and retire from the Massillon Post Office as a letter carrier. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Richard Fetzer in 2014, his infant sister Kathryn and his brothers, Robert and Charles Fetzer. He is survived by his wife Barbara (Hoffman) Fetzer, whom he married on December 8, 1950, his daughter, Susan (Greg) McFee and his son John (Wendy) Fetzer. Also surviving are his grandchildren. Shaun (Ashley), Shane (Jessica), Megan (Craig) and Zack McFee and Johnny (Roshelle) Fetzer, Jody Fetzer and Brittany and Cassie Klinger and 7 great grandchildren. A service to celebrate Ralph's life will take place on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday (TONIGHT) at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday one hour before the service.
