Polly L. Butzer, age 64 of North Lawrence, died Sunday morning at her daughter, Amy Phillips home. She was born on January 23, 1942 in Massillon and was a lifelong area resident. Polly worked at the Hoover Company and retired from Tuslaw Local Schools where she was a bus driver. She was an avid camper and camped at Clay’s Park. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in North Lawrence. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert C. Klever, Sr. and her sister Joan Flickinger. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Jenny & Craig Uhl of Dalton, Amy & Bruce Phillips of North Lawrence, Ray & Heather Butzer of Massillon and Renaye & Donald Wright of North Lawrence, 7 grandchildren, her sister & brother in law, Charlene “Hap” & Thomas Gessling of Dalton, her brother & sister in law, Herbert & Jill Klever, her mother Helen Klever, her fiancé Patrick Jorden and her longtime friend, Eleanor Longworth all of North Lawrence. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6-8 P.M. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, February 2, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Faith United Methodist Church with Rev. Harry & Mary Lou Merryman officiating.
