Phillip D. McGraner, age 66, of Massillon, died on Friday, February 6, 2009 at Affinity Medical Center. He was born on August 16, 1942 in Red Fox, Kentucky, the beloved son of Edward McGraner and the late Virta (Pigmon) McGraner. He had been employed by Perry Rubber and also sold real estate. He enjoyed his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, sports, and painting. He attended the Massillon Church of God on Walnut Road SW. He is survived by his daughters, Shawn (Vince) Henson of Lawton, OK, Simone (Manny) Perez-Hernandez of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, his son Mitch (Amy Stevens) McGraner of the home, the mother of his children, Bonnie McGraner of Massillon, his father Edward McGraner of Dalton, OH, his brother William McGraner of Dalton, OH and his sister Ada (Rich) Halter of Cincinnati, OH. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Brittney, Brett, Angelina and Dallas. A memorial service will take place on Monday at 1:00 P.M. at the Massillon Church of God with Rev.
