He was a United States Marine veteran and served as a helicopter mechanic while stationed at El Toro Marine Base in California. Philip was owner operator of AMX, a bulk mail delivery service. He enjoyed restoring 1960’s cars and trucks, collecting a total of 64 vehicles. He possessed a gentle, loving soul filled with compassion for all living things. His buoyant, cheery personality kept us all hopeful. Through his six year battle with illness and cancer he remained happy and optimistic, and his unique sense of humor was enjoyed by all. Philip had a special place in his heart for those less fortunate, especially animals.
