Philbert L. Fisher

Philbert L. Fisher, 83 of Navarre, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016. Philbert was born on September 11, 1932 in Staats Mill, WV the son of the late Hiram and Clora (Fields) Fisher. Philbert retired from Republic Steel / LTV Steel after 44 years of service. In his early years he enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was an avid fisherman and went on numerous deep sea fishing trips. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Arizona Fisher in 2000. He is survived by his son Phil L. (Sandy) Fisher II; step-daughter, Diana Brown; grandson, Brian Fisher; step-grandchildren, Mindy Carter and Missy Mehrota; great grandson, Brandon Fisher; 8 brothers; and 2 sisters.
