Penny L. Yono

Penny L. (Baughman) Yono, age 65 of Canton, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Februay 10,2010. She was born on September 8, 1944 in Canton, the daughter of the late Robert J. and Virginia P. Baughman. Penny attended Jackson High School and served in the U.S. Army. At various times in her life, she lived in Ohio, Texas, Florida and Washington State. Penny was an avid bingo player, euchre expert and in her younger days, quite a bowler. She will be greatly missed. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Yono of 26 years in 2008. She is survived by her children and their spouses; Carol (Marty) Mueller ofTX, David (LoriAnn) Shisk of Pensocola, FL, Jackie (Mike) Ryan, Robert (Jeanna) Yono ,Richard Yono, Michael (Tina) Yono, Douglas Yono and Janine (Greg) McIntyre; 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; her sister, Patricia A. Young of Canton and her brother Robert J. (Laurie) Baughman of Louisville; she also leaves dozens of cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 15,2010 at 7:00 PM at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Friend may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5-7PM.
