Penelope L. "Penny" Ronske

Penny L. Ronske, 77, passed away peacefully on February 24th after an extended stay at Amherst Meadows in Massillon. She lived most of her life in Massillon and was a graduate of Washington High School. She was an avid roller skater in her younger years and always enjoyed watching figure skating. She worked as a Keypunch Operator for the Ford Motor Company and later as a bartender. She loved interacting with people and thoroughly enjoyed bartending and her role of being a "Mom" to many of her bar patrons and friends. Penny touched the lives of so many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death and has now been reunited with her beloved son, Tighe Allen Ronske, mother and her husband, Beulah (Pinky) and Albert (Bill) Batcha, other relatives and friends. Penny is survived by her daughter, Rhonna Ronske of Massillon, father, Leroy Miller of Massillon, brothers, Terry Miller of Massillon, Bruce (JoAnne) Miller of Shreve, Billy (Rena) Miller and Jimmy (Renee) Miller of Massillon, sister, Cindy Irvin of Cortez, Colorado, her niece, five nephews, many great-nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends. Her family would like to thank the staff at Amherst Meadows, Harbor Lights and most recently, ViaQuest Hospice for the loving care and friendship they provided her.
