Peggy Doris Naetzel

Peggy Doris Naetzel, 75, passed away on July 31, 2021 following a brief illness. She was born in Canton on June 27, 1946 to the late William and Virginia (Leonard) Thompson. She was a 1964 graduate of Lincoln High School. She was the office manager at Real Estate Properties, Inc. and volunteered at the Richville Grange. Peggy enjoyed, sewing, quilting and baking. Her greatest love and joy was her family. She dedicated her life to them. She is survived by her children, Jill (Kevin Campbell) Paul and Wendy (Jeff) Halley; grandchildren, Jennifer (Bobby) Angel and Kristen (Stevie) Pelfrey; great grand-children, Halli, Jake, Charlie and Kylie; brother, James (Joan) Thompson; and her loving K-9 companion Tessa. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Dashkovitz and brother, Gary Thompson. The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the Paquelet Funeral Home, Massillon and one hour prior to a funeral service held at 10:30am Friday, August 6, 2021 in the funeral home.
