Pearl M. Speck

Pearl M. Speck, 97, passed away on September 28, 2021 following an extended illness. She was born in Brewster on May 12, 1924 to Charles E. and Marietta (Albright) Speicher. Pearl lived most of her life in Massillon. She was dedicated to her family. She retired from Superior Meats in 1985. A very active person, Pearl loved to boat, camp and drink beer with her friends. Her hobbies included bowling, gambling, Cleveland Indians, Browns and traveling. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Susan Roberts; step-son, Lee Speck; four grandchildren, Craig (Tracy) Roberts, Trisha (Bryan) Friend, Megan and Erin Speck; three great -grandchildren, Abby McLaughlin, Macy Krichbaum and James Friend; two great-great-grandchildren; K9 companion, Daisy; and brothers, Thomas( Nesta) Speicher and Keith (Lois) Speicher. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Speck; son, Danny Roberts; and thirteen brothers and sisters. A graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 10:30am.
