Pauline A. Fisher

Pauline A. Fisher age 86 of Massillon passed away Tuesday June 16, 2009 at Affinity Medical Center. Pauline was born July 26, 1922 in Massillon to the late Walter R. & Anna (Riesterer) Heckathorn and has been a life resident. She was a 1940 graduate of Washington High School and had worked at MCA Sign. Her church membership was with St. Mary’s Catholic and belonged to the Altar Rosary Society. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank J. Fisher passed away in 1984 after 39 years of marriage; a brother Walter ’Pretzel’ Heckathorn; two sisters, Victoria Steely and Barbara Gutschall. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Marc J & Barbara Fisher of Titusville, FL; three sisters, Katie Woods, Rose Hallett and Anita (Jerry) Gray; 3 grandchildren, Brian, Eric and Corey all of Titusville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at Rose Hill Memorial Garden. Friends may call 6-8 PM Friday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon.
