Paula Jean Marcella

Paula Jean Marcella, age 65 of Canton passed away June 20, 2012 while on vacation in Orlando, FL. Paula was born August 19, 1946 in Massillon to the late Richard & Dorothy (McFarren) Berkey. She was a homemaker and was actively involved with the raising of her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Nancy Sweigheimer. Paula is survived by her husband of 37 years, Thomas Marcella; five children, Tabitha Felter, Scott Felter, Loretta (Joe) Bishop, Anna Anderson and Samanatha (Andrew) Martin; eleven grandchildren, Max (Amber) Felter, Darcell (William) Shockling, Allison Rager, Alexis Felter, Zachery Porter, Ashley Porter, Hunter Bishop, Jazzmin Bishop, Donald Marcella, Louie Marcella and Christian Anderson; and six great grandchildren; Wiatt, Thomas, Kenneth, Jordan, Drew and Riley. Paula has three surviving siblings: Mark Berkey, Paul (Shelly) Berkey and Joyce (Michael Facenbaker) Berkey. Funeral service will be 11 AM Thursday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon Fr. Raymond Paul will officiate. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may Call Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
