Paula J. Morgan

Paula J. Morgan, 70 of Massillon, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017. She was born on February 11, 1947 in Massillon and was the daughter of Earl and the late Marjorie (Klein) Everett. Paula was well known in the Massillon and Tuslaw school districts and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church as an instructor and for her musical gifts. She was a member of St. Paul’s and had been the church organist and music director for many years. She is survived by her husband, Dennis G. Morgan, whom she married on February 18, 1967, her children, Amy Tomas and her spouse Michael and Matthew Morgan and his spouse Russell Goodwin, Jr., her father Earl Everett, her sisters in law, Sherry Fluharty and Phyllis McAninch and her spouse Dale, several nieces and nephews and thousands of students in Northeast Ohio and beyond. A service to celebrate Paula’s life will take place on Saturday, April 29th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Dan Cammarn and Rev. Robert Groenke officiating. Cremation will follow. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday at the church from 10-11 a.m. Memorials may be made in Paula’s name to either, Community Hospice or the Music Fund at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
