Paul Caldwell

Paul Caldwell, age 83 passed away surrounded by his loving family on August 24, 2016. He was born on October 28, 1932 in Sharpless, West Virginia to the late Ervin and Tessie Caldwell. He married Pearl Chandler on August 11, 1953 and they shared almost 55 years together until her passing on March 16, 2008. Paul was a Crane Operator for Republic Steel until his retirement. He enjoyed Bowling, raising Game Chickens, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his children Robin (John) Lentz, Ray (Teresa) Caldwell, Rod (Tonja) Caldwell and Renee (Robert) Morgan; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; his sisters Dora Stewart, Helen Griffith; his brother Tommy Caldwell; a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of his life will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 5p.m. The family will receive friends from 3-5p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to Catholic Charities and Crossroads Hospice.
