Patricia 'Bonnie' L. Hoffman

Patricia 'Bonnie' L. Hoffman, 91, of Massillon, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Bonnie was born on August 29, 1933 in Massillon, Ohio the daughter of the late Casper and Charlotte (Forsythe) Knouse.

Bonnie was a lifelong resident of Massillon. She met her late husband, Joseph, as a young teenager. She was known for her cooking, especially her dumplings, interior design, and dressed to the nines. She was affectionately known as 'Cadillac' to our Dad. Bonnie was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She is survived by her children, Denny (Deanne) Hoffman, Daniel J. (Carol Kline) Hoffman, Joseph A. Hoffman II, Polly (John) Hoffman, Kenneth (Linda) Hoffman, and Stacy (Tim) Papp,; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, with 1 on the way; sisters, Janet (Carl) Olsen, and Darlene Wolf; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Hoffman, with whom she shared 68 years of marriage before his passing, and brother, Bernie Knouse.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 9 - 11 am at St. Barbara Catholic Church, with a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Following the Mass a luncheon will be held in the Parish Life Center at St. Barbara Church. Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
