Patricia A. Meyers

Patricia A. Meyers, age 72 of Jackson Twp., passed away Monday, November 16, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center. Pat was born January 16, 1937 to the late Francis T. & Marcella (Huwig) Smith. She was a 1955 graduate from Central Catholic High School and then from the Mercy School of Nursing. Pat spent 45 years as an RN at Mercy Medical. Her sister, Nanjeane Feller passed away in 2007. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James ‘JP’ Meyers of the residence; two daughters, Ann Shafer of Massillon and Patricia ‘Patty’ Fannin of Canton; two grandchildren, Matthew Fannin and Marcella Shafer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Massillon. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
