Owen A. Glick

Owen A. Glick, age 89 of Massillon went home to be with Jesus on Monday, January 21, 2013 at Amherst Meadows, following a brief illness. He was born in Barrs Mills, OH on April 27, 1923 to the late Albert & Malinda Glick. He owned and operated Glick Construction. Owen was of a very generous nature, kind, and loving. He was always helpful to family, friends and strangers. Owen was loved by his family. He was a very gifted carpenter, electrician and handyman. He is survived by his wife, Carla Norene (Fath) Glick , whom he married on October 14, 2001, three daughters, Gloria (Bill) Haberstich of Elgin, IL, Linda (Archie) Allen of Wonder Lake, IL, Bertha (Paul) Host of Carrolton, three sons, Steven (Shelly) Glick of Elgin, IL, Keith (Sue) Glick of Elgin, IL, Michael (Sandy) Glick of Mesa, AZ, step-son, Willis (Melissa) Fath of Canton, twelve, grandchildren, six, great-grandchildren, 3, great-great-grandchildren, three sisters, Mattie Grabill, Dena Sollenburger, Ruth Anna Musser, and five , brothers, Jacob, Earl, Daniel, James and Albert Glick, Jr.. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Glick and a sister, Esther Beegle. Friends may call at the Paquelet & Arnold – Lynch Funeral Home on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 2:00PM-5:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January, 28, 2013 at 11:00AM in the Pleasant View Mennonite Church, 14795 Wooster St. NW, North Lawrence, OH. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery.
