Orvene M. Berquist

Orvene M. (DeBock) Berquist, age 89, of Massillon, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013. Orvene was born on November 25, 1923 in Navarre the daughter of the late Rocco & Loretta (Define) DeBock. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Victor C. Berquist, 3 brothers, Harold, Dan and Joe and 2 sisters, Thelma and Yolanda. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her children and their spouses, Vicki (David) Wight of Alexandria, VA, Michael Berquist, of Woodbridge, VA, Lori Thornton of Massillon, & Erick (Marilyn) Berquist of Delaware, OH; her grandchildren, Kristen Bailey, Tiffany (Travis) Upton, Danielle (Nick) Nelson, Marcy, Christopher, Darron, and Daniel Berquist, Kiefer Thornton, Kylie Noakes, and Mike Hosler of Naperville, IL; three great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and her sister, Mary Jane Brown of Summerville, SC.
