O’Neal Banks Jr, 62, passed away unexpectedly, on September 6, 2021. He was born in Chicago, IL on March 6, 1959 to O’Neal and Thelma (Gray) Banks Sr . O’ Neal is survived by his daughters, O’Nealra and Cyeathia Mitchell; step daughters, La Donna , Tranetta, Nina and Terry Mitchell; 4 grandchildren, Travionte, Brent Jr, Savon and Riyon and 18 Step grandchildren; sister, Patricia Banks; and mother of his daughters, Terry Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Linda Jean and Tony banks.
