Okey Lee Osborne entered the eternal gates of Heaven on April 15, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on May 12, 1932 in Hico, WV. Okey was a Staff Sargent in the US Air Force, and worked as an aviation mechanic. After completion of his turn in the military, he and his wife, Shirley (Rogers) relocated to Massillon, OH where he worked for 37 years at Republic Steel in the stainless division. Okey was an avid collector of antiques and other collectibles, and could not pass up a garage sale or flea market to see what kind of deals he could find. We know that he will be enjoying his new job in Heaven as a "picker". He was a member of the VFW (Post 3124), Moose, and New Deal Club. He was proceeded in death by his parents (Opal & Grover), sisters (Audrey and Dolores). He is survived by his sister Shirley (Junior), brothers Gale (Mary Francis), Bobby (Caroline), wife Shirley, of nearly 60 years, sons John (Kristen) and Brian (Betsy), grandchildren: Eric, Tyler (Laura), Angie (Cody), Lauren, Kolton and great-grandchildren: Gunnar and Blake.
