Oakley A. Null, 95, passed away on May 11, 2018, following an extended illness. He was born in Navarre on August 12, 1922 to the late George and Martha (Close) Null. Oakley was a Veteran of the United States Army and was a retiree of Eaton, Yale & Town. A dedicated father and grandfather he loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren. Oakley was a past president of the Massillon Senior Citizens Club, member of The Tiger Booster Club, AARP, enjoyed Square Dancing and playing cards. He is survived by his children, Sandy Hier of Dalton and Kenneth (Nancy) Null of Canal Fulton; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; a sister Georgia Marian of Las Vegas, NV and many nieces and nephews. Oakley was preceded in death by his wife, Marguerite Null; son Allen Null; sisters, Mary Bickel , Jessie Nelson and Faye Smith; and brothers, Nobel, Arthur, Hale, Morris and Virgil Null. Friends and family may call at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home from 9am-11am on Saturday, May 19, 2018 with a funeral service to follow at 11am in the funeral home.
