Norma M. Mehl

Norma M. Mehl, age 94 of Massillon, died on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Pleasant Lake Villa in Parma, Ohio. She was born on March 13, 1916 in Barnesville, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Bryan and Lula (Lucas) Wood. Norma moved to Massillon in 1942 and worked at Stark Dry Goods and in the cafeteria at Washington High School. She was a member at First United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School, the Order of the Eastern Star and the A.A.R.P. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ezra Mehl,her daughter Shirley Marlene Renzenbrink and a special cousin, Norma Lucas Fisher. She is survived by her granddaughter Stacy Marlene Renzenbrink and her fiancé Donovan Beck of Parma, OH, her great grandchildren, Mike Renzenbrink, Amber Beck and Austin Beck, her son-in-law, Vaughn (Sonja) Renzenbrink, her niece Marcia (Rod) Smith, her nephew M. Eugene (Peggy) Huffman and several great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Rev. Leslie Peine officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday one hour before the service.
