Norma J. Ladley

Norma J. Ladley, age 82 of Massillon, passed away Wednesday October 5, 2011. Norma was born May 25, 1929 in Massillon to the late Ralph & Ruth (Hall) Johnson and was a 1947 graduate of Washington High School. Norma was a loving individual, she was an historian with a number of community involvements. She adored her family, but most of all her Lord and Savior. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Ladley (1997); two sisters, and three brothers, Geraldine Simpson, Eileen Gard, Robert Beebe, Victor Beebe, William Beebe; grandson, Russell James Ladley and step grandson, Michael R. Scavelli. Norma is survived by two daughters and two sons and their spouses, Joan & Randall Stern, Patricia Friedmutter, Dennis & Bonnie Ladley and James & Pat Ladley; sister, Pat Worthington; grandchildren, Sean Ladley, Nicole Ladley, Megan Lamm, Jessica Stern, Justin & Kylie Stern, Trevor Stern and Max Friedmutter; step-granddaughter, Lisa Bernardi; three great grandchildren, Haley, Kelsey, Katelyn and two step-great grandchildren, Amanda and Ricky. The funeral service for Norma J. Ladley will be 11 AM Monday at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, the Rev. Greg Becker of Calvary Chapel will officiate. Burial will be at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Sunday from 6-8 PM and from 10:30 AM until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home.
