Nicole Leanne Sowards

Nicole Leanne Sowards, age 13 of Canal Fulton passed away Saturday. Nicole was born July 1, 1999 in Akron to Randy & Kimberly (Caldwell) Sowards. A life resident of Canal Fulton she was a student with Northwest Schools. She enjoyed watching Dora and i Carly shows and her younger brother. Nicole will be deeply missed by her parents; brother, Steven Sowards; step brother, Nicholas (Maritza) Sowards and grandparents, Sally Caldwell, Mary Johnston and Ronald Guzzo; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William "Bumper" Caldwell. Services will be 10 AM Thursday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Burial will be at Brookfield Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Special Thanks to Akron Children's Hospital and all those who helped care for Nicole over the years.
