Nicholas Rogich, Sr.

Nicholas Rogich, Sr. age 85 of Canton, died Saturday, August 11, 2007 in his home. He was born on December 13, 1921 in Duquesne, PA and was the son of the late Michael & Dmitra (Bomich) Rogich. He was an area resident for most of his life. Nick was a member of St. George Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Rogich on December 8, 2002, his brothers Micheal,Eli,Pete and Joe and his sister Mildred Kosanovich. He is survived by his daughter, Shirley Pfeil of Canton, his sons, Robert Rogich of Brewster, OH and Nicholas Rogich, Jr. of Lithia Springs, GA, his grandchildren, Bill (Donna) Stropki of Canton and Jack Stropki of Arizona, his great grandchildren, Rachael, Nicholas and Jaclyn Stropki and his sister, Helen Hall of Canton. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Fr. Dragan Filipovic officiating. Burial will follow in Massillon Cemetery.
