Nancy Jane Huth

Nancy Jane Huth, 76 of Massillon, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. She was born on March 15, 1940 in Powhatan Point, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Andrew and Edith Krock. She graduated from Powhatan Point High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Ohio University. Prior to raising her family, Nancy served as the head librarian at Jackson High School. She enjoyed reading, gardening and most of all spending time with her family. She was a 50 year member of Central Presbyterian Church. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Donald Krock. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Roger and is lovingly remembered by her son Eric (Tisha) Huth, her daughters, Kelly (George) Georgiou and Allison (Mike) Menster, her grandchildren, Connor Huth, Logan Huth, Rob Hightower, Joseph Simpson, Emma Simpson, Alyssa Georgiou, Evan Georgiou and her brother Phillip (Bonnie) Krock. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Sylvia of Visiting Angels for her companionship and dedicated care. Friends will be received at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and a celebration of Nancy's life will take place at a service at Central Presbyterian Church on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Burial of her cremated remains will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
