Nancy C. Graber

Nancy C. Graber, age 80 of Massillon, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 29, 2014 after a brief illness. She was born on July 7, 1933 in Massillon. She graduated from Washington High School, class of 1951. Nancy was married to Harold Graber on May 24, 1952. They were married for 61 years. Nancy worked as a teller at the former First National Bank in Massillon for 10 years and later became a homemaker. She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ in Massillon, Ohio. Other memberships included the Legacy Chapter #596 Order of the Eastern Star. She served on the Washington High School Class of 1951 reunion committee for many years and enjoyed the relationships with former classmates. She enjoyed socializing with her close friends. Her most important quality and priority in life was her love for her husband in which they shared many years of memories and good times together. Another important quality and priority in her life was the love of her immediate family and the many family gatherings, sporting events and special holiday meals they enjoyed together. Nancy is survived by her husband Harold, , son David (Stephanie) Graber, grandchildren, Justin Amanda), (great grandson Reid), Kaitlyn Graber, sister-in-law Janet (Graber) Robertson and her husband Bill, Nephews Craig (Jill) Robertson, Scott (Mary Ellen) Robertson, Eric (Pam) Meissner, Mark Meissner and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Kathryn (Tissot) Hollinger and her sister Doris (Hollinger) Meissner. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Shriver officiating, assisted by David Graber. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. Burial will take place at West Lawn Cemetery in Mt. Eaton.
