Monica Mchenry

Monica McHenry, 54, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023. Monica was born on March 4, 1969 in Hinton, West Virginia to the late Lillie St.Clair.

Monica was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She always took great care of her flowers and enjoyed fishing, singing and being outside. Monica loved spending time with her family and friends. She never met a stranger, Monica loved people and making new friends. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, always making jokes and sharing laughter with people. Monica would do anything for anyone, no matter what was going on, she was always there to lend a helping hand or shoulder to cry on.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her twin daughters, Amanda and Anna McHenry; and her grandmother Bessie St.Clair.

Monica is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, James McHenry; her daughter and best friend, Jessica (Jacob) Deal; step son, Nicholas (Brittany) McHenry; grandchildren, Troy, Jericho, and Lexi; siblings, Vanessa (David) Shuler, Janet (Joe Ravenscroft) Shaffer, and Mike (Cindy) Fitzwater; nieces, Winter (Aaron) Paoletto, and Candice (Matt) Francisco; her best friend Cyndi Isom; and many other nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, with a service starting at 11:00 am on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriner's Hospital in honor of Monica.
