Milford L. Kerr, 86, of Massillon, passed away on December 10, 2020. He was born on June 11, 1934 in Belington, West Virginia to the late Ralph and Mary (Westfall) Kerr. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Following his military time, Milford worked at Eaton Corporation for 20 years and continued working at Standard Lab Testing after that. His main duties were working on the machines and fixing any electrical problems that occurred. Milford’s patience and knowledge with machinery also became a hobby with rebuilding and fixing computers. In addition to his problem solving abilities, he also had a knack for tinkering around the house especially with carpentry and wood working. When he wasn’t working or fixing things, Milford enjoyed fishing on his boat and camping at Rocky Pines Campground in Cambridge which they did as a family for many years. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 61 years, Bonnie (Dawson) Kerr; sons Michael (Lisa) Kerr and Pat Kerr; brother Robert Kerr; grandchildren Patrick Jr., Jacquelyn, Melissa, Andrew, Leann and Sean; and great-grandchildren Amiyah, Aiden, Camdyn, Matthew and Ezra. The family will hold a private graveside service at Brookfield Cemetery at a later date.
