Mildred L. Reed

Mildred L. Reed, age 97 of Kenton, Ohio and more recently of Massillon, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Amherst Meadows. She was born on December 15, 1917 in Cambridge, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Harry R. and Lula Mae (Milligan) Bichard. Mildred was a retired licensed practical nurse. She enjoyed, and was masterful at quilt making. She shared her skills with many people. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Reed in 1980, her daughter, Bonnie Gayle Pavlovic, her granddaughter, Abigail Reed and her brothers, Ralph E. Bichard, H. Ward Bichard and Donald Bichard. She is survived by her sons, James C. (Marye Etta) Reed, Fredric L. (Johnette) Reed and Charles S. (Kathryn) Reed, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and her brother Homer (Peggy) Bichard. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with her nephew Terren Bichard speaking. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, Ohio. The family will receive friends on Tuesday one hour before the service.
