Michael P. "Mickey" Rink

Michael P. “Mickey” Rink, 56 of Massillon, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on December 9, 1961 in Massillon and was the son of Harold and Delores (Simon) Rink. Mickey was a 1980 graduate of Washington High School and worked as a lot manager at Jeff’s Motor Cars. Mickey was an avid golfer and was a member of the Sons and Daughters of Herman where he was in the horseshoe league. He was loved and adored by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly L. (Radtka) Rink whom he married on July 28, 2001, his daughter Mickenzie Rink, son Bradyn Rink, parents, Harold and Delores Rink, his sisters, Jodi Snyder and Denise (Mark) Louk, his brother Bruce (Connie) Rink, his mother-in-law and father-in-law Mary and Terry Hardesty and many other family members and friends. The family would like to thank Mickey’s lifelong friend Jeff Doll as well as all of his other co-workers at Jeff’s Motor Cars for going above and beyond. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018 at St. Barbara Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sons and Daughters of Herman Benevolent Fund.
