Michael "Mike" P. Moore

Michael "Mike" P. Moore, 55, of Massillon, passed away on February 10, 2023 at residence. He was born on March 2, 1967 to Donna Moore and the late Paul Markowsky Sr. in Massillon, OH. He was a 1986 graduate of Massillon Washington High School. He married Cathy Henderlong on December 13, 2014 and they shared 8 years of marriage together.

Mike worked as a Shift Lead Mechanic for Crown Cork & Seal and had been employed there for 35 years. He enjoyed his work, his Chevy Silverado, his Labs. Beckett and Hale No and spending time with his loving wife. Mike had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He had a good work ethic taught to him by his grandfather, and he was very protective of his wife, family and friends. He will forever be remembered as a loving, devoted and loyal, husband and friend.

Mike is survived by his loving Wife, Cathy; his children, Michael P. Moore, Jr. and Michaela Moore; his aunt Connie Thorn and Uncle Donnie Moore; his mother Donna Moore; his brother Brian Moore. In addition to his father, Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents, who raised him to be the man that he was, Donald and Mary Moore.
