Michael L. Colly

Michael L. Colly, age 68, of Massillon, passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his family on Sunday, July 28, 2013. Mike was born on March 19, 1945 in Kersey, PA the son of the late Marco and Birtha (Gibbons) Colly. He worked for Ansell - Perry as a supervisor retiring after 38 years of service. Mike was a member of Millport Bow Hunters Club. He loved hunting and the outdoors. He was passionate about teaching his grandchildren and passing on traditions. He is survived by his wife Patricia (Ott) Colly whom he shared 40 years of marriage; his children, Susan Smith, Patti Boord (Cris Mitson), Shelly (Lawrence) Wheeler, Dwayne (Cathy) Colly, Tony (Tammi) Colly and Mitchell (Robyn) Colly; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Joshua, Joseph, Caylor, Cody, Montana, David, Tina, Melissa, Sarah, Meagan, Jason, Christopher , Nick and Jacob; and 9 great grandchildren; and his sister Honey Girl. A Celebration of Mike's Life will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. before the service.
