Michael A Smith

Michael “Mike” A. Smith, age 70 of Massillon, Ohio, passed away on July 22, 2021. Mike was born on October 8, 1950 in Massillon to William and V. Jean (Webb) Smith. He retired as a Correction Officer from the Stark County Regional Corrections Center. Mike enjoyed spending time on his pontoon boat and fishing. He loved working in the yard and planting beautiful flowers. He is preceded in death by his father. Mike is survived by his mother, loving wife of 25 years, Charlene, sister, Barbara (Mike) Jarrell, and numerous nieces and nephews. Per Mike’s wishes, cremation will take place.
