Melvin L. Simon

Melvin L Simon age 62 of Canonsburg, PA passed away October 29th. Melvin was born October 22, 1950 in Massillon to the late Melvin & Vivian (Parker) Simon. He was a 1968 graduate of Tuslaw High School. Melvin was a supervisor for Myers Controlled Power. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed camping, fishing and boating with his friends and family at Tappan Lake. Melvin also loved spending countless hours with his grandchildren. Melvin is survived by his two sons and their spouses: Brian & Heidi Simon of Canonsburg, PA and Chad & Katie Simon of Scio; and three grandchildren: Preston, Parker and Tessa. Funeral Service will be 12:00 Noon Friday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, Rev. Nancy Bacon will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
